Career
Gurnsey is also a director and writer. He directed Discovered, The Dating Journal, Lord of Guys and wrote the stories of Bocce Boys, Lord of the Guys. In 2010, he starred in a short movie Bad Dad. From 2011 to 2015 he acted in Saints, Mother’s Day, Mr Hockey, The Dating Journal and Pool.
In 2016, he rose to fame when he gave his wonderful performance by featuring the character of Toby Martin in 28 episodes of TV series Game On opposite to Samantha Bee. In 2017, he starred in Van Helsing, Wonder, Garage Sale Mysteries and Return of Pendragon. In 2019, he also appeared in The Art of Racing in the Rain and Family Pictures Movie.
