Sharvari Wagh was born into a Marathi family on 14 June 1997. She is the daughter of Shailesh Wagh, a builder, and Namrata Wagh, an architect. Sharvari has a younger brother named Arnav Wagh and an older sister, Kasturi Wagh, who is also an architect. Manohar Joshi, former chief minister of Maharashtra, is her maternal grandfather.
Sharvari completed her school education from The Dadar Parsee Youths Assembly High School and went on to study at Ruparel College in Mumbai.
