Keenan Cooks is an American professional dance instructor and choreographer. He is best known for participating in dance reality show Dance 100. He is among the eight contestants of the show hosted by Ally Love.
Who is Keenan Cooks?
Growing up in Boston, MA, Keenan Cooks admired his mother, a dancer, and began to learn the craft himself at the age of 14. In 2008, Keenan made the move to New York City to pursue his career in dance. Since then, he has had the honor of working with some of the greatest choreographers out there, such as Luam, Kyle Hanagami, Rhapsody James, Laurie Ann Gibson, Charm La’Donna, Rich & Tone etc. He has also been seen performing on renowned shows like MTV Music Video Awards, America’s Got Talent, Saturday Night Live, and Good Morning America.((Broadway Dance Center))
Additionally, he has had the privilege of working alongside many musicians, like Dua Lipa, Jennifer Lopez, Nicki Minaj, Kendrick Lamar, Hailee Steinfeld, Halsey, and Big Sean. ((Dance Magazine))
Keenan is a highly experienced and sought-after choreographer with skills that have taken him around the world. His expertise has been seen in major commercial campaigns as well as on the set of a popular TV show. About The Dance 100
Netflix’s highly anticipated Dance 100 series is set to premiere on Friday, March 17, 2023, at 3 am ET/ 2 am CT. These dancers will battle it out for a grand prize of $100,000.
The show promises an exciting format unlike any other reality TV competition seen so far, and features eight dancers who have shared the stage with artists from Rihanna and Kelly Clarkson to Ricky Martin, Jennifer Lopez, Cardi B, Lizzo, and Missy Elliot.
