Baba Indrajit is an Indian all-rounder cricket player, who plays for the domestic team Tamil Nadu cricket team. He bats with right hand and bowls leg break googly. In September 2017, he scored maiden double century in the first class and was the leading run-scorer in the 2018–19 Ranji Trophy for Tamil Nadu with 641 runs in 8 matches. He got a chance to play in IPL for the first time in 2022 IPL for Kolkata Knight Riders.

Baba Indrajit was born on 8 July 1994 in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. His father’s name is R.N. Baba. He has a twin brother, Baba Aparajith, also a part of the Indian team and plays for Chennai Super Kings in the IPL. Both of them scored a century while performing in the debut Ranji Trophy. They are known as Baba Twins in the domestic cricket. Aparajith is two year senior than Indrajit because he started playing cricket before him.

Cricket Career
Baba Inderjit has been playing cricket since a very young age, he and his brother used to go on cricket training together and both of them had a dream that they both play for the Indian team. Baba got the opportunity to show his talent in Tamil Nadu Under-16. After which he did not look back and kept on improving his game. His name was also included in the India Green Duleep Trophy 2018-19 in July 2018 and in that year he was also the leading run scorer scoring 149 runs in 2 matches.
Indrajit was also the leading run-scorer in the 2021-22 Ranji Trophy with 396 runs in 3 matches and an average of 99.
IPL career
Inderjit got the opportunity to play in IPL in 2022. He was included by Kolkata Knight Riders with a base price of 20 lakhs. He played 3 matches for Kolkata Knight Riders, in which he scored 21 runs with the help of 2 fours.
