Aaron had started his career in 2013 with a short film Double Crossed and later appeared in Ben, Homegirls, Unforgettable and Straight Outta Tompkins. He got first back role of Adrian Noshy in TV Series Understudies. He was later appeared in popular television series House of Cards of Netflix. Aaron made his film debut with 2016 film Lazy Eye directed by Tim Kirkman. His other notable films are Monsters and Men, Blood, Sand and Gold, First Love and The Undiscovered Country. In 2022, he was seen as Robert Lawton in NBC series The Endgame.
