Biography
Megha Parmar was born in Sehore district of Madhya Pradesh. She completed her training at the Bihari Vajpayee Institute of Mountaineering and The Himalayan Mountaineering Institute Darjeeling. Parmar became the first female mountaineer in her state who climbed Mount Everest, the tallest mountain in the world. She also climbed Mt Kilimanjaro in Africa as well as Mt Elbrus in Europe.
