Career

Alex revealed in a 2019 TV interview that him and his wife left London as they were not getting any progress there. Besides, the rain was also a factor in their decision.

Upon moving to Aiken, S.C., Alex’s wife trained horses and he pursued music, identifying his genre as contemporary outlaw country, which draws inspiration from iconic names such as Willie Nelson and Johnny Cash combined with modern acts like Chris Stapleton.

Those who visit his YouTube channel can find various covers of rock-related tracks, including “Wild Horses” by the Rolling Stones and “Wanted Dead or Alive” by Bon Jovi.

Shelton was the first Coach to spin his chair for him, with Chance following suit during the song’s climax. Whalen eventually chose to be a part of the last-ever Team Blake after careful deliberation.
