Later, she participated three week Summer Drama school programme at the Guildhall Drama school form where she got inclined towards acting. She applied to Drama school in January 2012.

Career
Anita-Joy Uwajeh began her career with television series Transporter in 2014. She played the role of Claudine in Stefan Pleszczynski directed this show. She later worked as Bim in Not Safe For Work for Channel 4. She was seen in a television series Lucky man as Josie premiered on Sky 1. In 2015, Anita made her film debut with Aleksander Bach directed action thriller movie Hitman: Agent 47 starring Rupert Friend, Hannah Ware, Zachary Quinto and Ciarán Hinds.
In 2022, she appeared in TV show Atlanta as Eniola followed by Vampire Academy as Tatiana Vogel.
